Virgin Mobile : Elevator & Changing Room ads
Virgin Mobile has extended its ‘Think hatke’ campaign in India to include two television ads that promote unique problem-solving techniques.
The ads, created by Bates141 and titled Elevator and Changing Room, were developed to promote Virgin Mobile’s new calling-service plans. The creative concept is based on the necessity for characters featured in the ads to dig themselves out of the most awkward situations through lengthy explanations.
To link the concept with the Virgin Mobile’s service, the commercials depict how the new calling plan would allow them to explain all they need without burning a hole in the wallet – achieved by ‘Think hatke’ (‘Think different’).
“The communication highlights the flexibility of Virgin’s talk plan and pushes the creative idea that long conversations should not be cut short just due to one’s talk plan,” said Sandeep Pathak, CEO at Bates141 Mumbai.
